World Vulture Awareness Day

Join us for a fun filled day to learn about the world’s most underappreciated overlooked creatures that are a vital part of nature’s clean up crew, Vultures. Vultures around the world are on the decline due to poisoning and poaching, yet play an important role in nature helping clean up carrion and prevent disease. Enjoy games, crafts, scavenger hunts and more while exploring the fascinating world of vultures.
We will also have a character story teller, a visit from Sadie the Red-Tailed Hawk, and a live jazz band will perform!
